Question: What Software do we use?
At East Valley Bookkeeping we have two software options for you to choose from. QuickBooks Accountant 2008 desktop version (at our office) or Online QuickBooks (for you to access 24 hours a day).

We use QuickBooks Accountant Version 2008 desktop version or if you require frequent access we can use Online QuickBooks ®. Your businesses' books can be managed quickly, easily, and accurately using Online QuickBooks accounting software. This gives you have access from anywhere at anytime. If you are already using any version of QuickBooks, we can work with your existing QuickBooks files. There is a monthly fee of $29 for QuickBooks Online Access that will be auto debited monthly from your business credit card.

QuickBooks is a simple, easy to use, top selling bookkeeping and accounting software that helps better manager your businesses.

Question: Do we do Taxes?
No, but we can prepare the necessary paperwork needed to give to your Tax Accountant, so they can file your tax returns.

Question: What information do I need to provide to East Valley Bookkeeping to start services?
When you sign up for our service, you will receive a new client orientation packet, which will include a checklist of all information we will need from you. Items needed vary depending on the requested services bookkeeping or payroll processing.

Questions: How do I know East Valley Bookkeeping will not raise my price after a month or two?
We will sign a one-year price guarantee for the level and volume of Bookkeeping service initially requested. Your rates will only increase if you purchase additional services or increase the volume of transactions that need to be processed.
